Recipe: honey mustard glazed ribs

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125ml) orange Juice
1/2 cup (175ml) honey
1/2 cup (125ml) barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2kg meaty spare ribs

Instructions

1 Combine juices, honey, sauces, mustard, and Garlic in large shallow dish; add pork; Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

2 Drain pork, reserve marinade.

3 Place ribs in disposable baking dish. Cook ribs in covered barbecue using indirect heat, following manufacturer's instructions, for about 45 minutes or until cooked through, brushing ribs occasionally with reserved marinade during cooking. Sprinkle with orange rind and coriander if desired.
