All our pastries are produced in our third-floor Bethlehem Street kitchens.
We produce an eclectic choice of products embracing our time-honoured "Grannie Pettit" range; that includes her multi-Gold Medal winning Lincolnshire Pork Pies and Ploughman's pasties; to our more radical offerings such as The Gentleman's Pie, a sumptuous mixture of Aberdeen Angus rump steak marinated in tawny port topped with Lincoln Blue cheese and enveloped in our hot-crust pastry.
We have two pro-active development chefs who are constantly submitting the fruits of their labours for evaluation. The latest to be accepted are "Pettit's Pot Pies" ... Watch this space.
