All our cooked meats are produced in our third-floor Bethlehem Street kitchens using traditional old fashioned skills whilst introducing modern lateral production ideas.
We offer a fine selection of home-cooked Wiltshire cure hams and "The Taste of Yesteryear" with a proper pork pie and potted beef for example.
